Refunds Policy


Returns At Printflex, we try our hearts out to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, our dedicated team are hear to help you. Please note, all claims must be lodged in writing within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the goods. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@printflex.com.au. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective on delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@printflex.com.au and send your item to: 13/150 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin, VIC,  3189 Shipping To return your product, you should send your product to:13/150 Chesterville Road, Moorabbin, VIC,  3189 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If any of the products are delivered damaged or defective, then Printflex shall not have any liability, unless the customer notifies Printflex in writing via email within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery Printflex will not take any responsibility for work done by third party(s). After installation done by third party(s), Printflex may not be able to accept claims for the goods. Printflex will not warranty any materials used or installed that do not meet recommended usage guidelines. Printflex will not accept liability for failure of products where a full site inspection has not been performed and broad descriptions of requirements were provided by the client, and no warranty or returns will be accepted due to Force Majeure. ie. Printflex will have no liability to the customer in relation to any loss, damage or expense caused by Printflex’s failure to complete the order or to deliver the goods, or the goods were damaged as a result of fire, flood, tempest, earthquake, riot, civil disturbance, theft, crime, strike, lockout, breakdown, war, the inability of the printer’s normal suppliers to supply necessary materials or any other matter beyond the printer’s control.
Printflex shall not be liable in respect of any claim, unless the aforementioned requirements have been complied with, except in any particular case where the customer proves that: It was not possible to comply with the requirements and Advice (where required) was given and the claim was made as soon as reasonably possible. Please note, no refunds or alterations to finalised products will be accommodated following the receipt of goods within a 30-day timeframe.
